El lanzamiento del proyecto se organiza como un acto previo al 50\u00ba aniversio del D\u00eda Internacional del Pueblo Gitano, que tiene lugar el 8 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los principales objetivos del proyecto CHACHIPEN son promover el reconocimiento y dar respuesta al antigitanismo sist\u00e9mico y de ra\u00edces hist\u00f3ricas, para lograr la justicia, la igualdad, la no discriminaci\u00f3n y la plena participaci\u00f3n de los gitanos y gitanas como ciudadanos iguales en toda Europa.
